Are you a gay guy who doesn’t want to be in the gym every day working out to become a big hungry muscular bear? Well I have the perfect solution to become Twinktastic and obtain that perfect slightly-muscular, smooth physique.

I want to explain my history with the method, tell you how easy/fun it was to achieve & how it literally changed my life (I’m not exaggerating).

How I found it

It started off when I was in school, I was a nerd who enjoyed playing football (English Football) but unfortunately wasn’t very good at it, I was average. In fact I stood usually by the goal and had a chat with my mates until the ball came my way & then I would just whack it as hard as I could up the field.

I can’t remember how it exactly happened, I think I had started watching Kung fu movies which got me wanting to do more exercises to improve my physique, but I was one day watching the shopping channel on TV when a gym device came on at a special offer price due to it being new with Chuck Norris endorsing it. I think at the time the going price was around £200-300, but looking at the price today I believe it has risen to around $900. Luckilly for me I had good parents & they purchased the machine for my birthday.

The total gym is not for bodybuilders, it is for people who want to work out from the comfort of their own home & the limitations are literally endless. I am one of these guys who has tried going to the gym & ended up spending the whole time in the pool, hot tub & sauna with my friend. What I loved about the total gym was that it was portable (It is quite heavy, in fact I try not to fold it up if I don’t have to), fitted into my bedroom & I could work out different areas of my body whilst watching TV, listening to music, taking frequent breaks & never having to say “I’ve come all this way to the gym, I have to work out non-stop for an hour”. Instead I could work out my chest, take a 5 minute break, do some rowing watching tv & just enjoy the whole experience without having people around me.

How it changed my life
Earlier I explained how I only really enjoyed football with friends & didn’t really take it too seriously. In sports class I would often get picked in the last 5 or so people, only just beating the chubby bears who’s only sport was eating (They were really close friends of mine though, so don’t feel bad for me saying that). After using the Total gym for probably only a week, I started to notice a huge difference in my speed, strength & reflexes. What’s so great about the total gym is that it uses your own body weight to work out, meaning you won’t ever build huge muscles like you would with weights, instead you tone up & become fit with a slightly-muscular body.

Using my own weight & increasing the gyms height (resistance) over time, my legs were able to move so much faster with tons more power. I noticed my defensive techniques improved incredibly & the power of my kicks started to make my friends genuinely afraid. You have to understand that the Total gym is basically making your legs be able to lift your own weight a whole lot easier whilst adding resistance to make them be able to handle even more & because you’re toning up and not building huge big bear muscles, your weight isn’t increasing meaning your muscles are stronger & you’re not getting much heavier.

I can remember going to Thorpe park & having girls & even guys compliment my legs. I mean who does that? I could understand it happening once or at a push twice, but 3-4 times.

The moment it hit me

I personally was enjoying being stronger, healthier & fitter. But there was one day which I will never ever forget for the rest of my life. It was sports class & usually I would be picked in the last group of people but having improved my skills on the pitch during recreation periods, the team captain stood forward to make the first pick for his football team & he said my name. Me. ME! For the first time ever, I had been picked FIRST for a sport. A few months ago I could barely dribble a ball, let alone tackle people very easily. But after using the total gym in my bedroom without anyone even knowing, exercising my body & toning it up had made my body be able to handle dribbling, kicking, agility so much easier.

You know how you see in the movies where the guy goes outside and trains around cones & does all these bullshit sit ups and push ups. Eugh, It’s all too tedious for me! I was in my room watching TV doing exercises casually on a machine which doesn’t strain you in painful ways. Doing sit ups I find my ass bone can sometimes hurt, or push ups can be awkward and tedious. This machine made it fun, easy & the results came quick.

Seems too good to be true!

I just want to explain that I have tried many different things, I have purchased other machines which claimed to do similar things (they turned out to be absolutely shit *cough* wondergym *cough*), Sit up machine was ok until I was sat on the floor in the garage and a huge spider walked across me, going to the gym – too much effort travelling there, too many people, not comfortable enough for me & too serious.

I would highly recommend considering it if you’re serious about getting that Twinktastic figure, or even wanting to just tone up. Don’t forget $900 is probably the price of going to the gym for a year or two, the total gym has been a part of me for just under half my life & is still going strong.

Can you recommend a weight-loss workout? I piled too much weight on in the last few years, especially around the hips. Is gardening good exercise? (hubby and I plant vegetables, its physically quiet tiresome)
